Our valve assembly and pressure testing process covers a comprehensive range of valve types, including Butterfly Valves (Wafer, Lugged & Triple Eccentric), Check Valves (Double Door, Swing Check, Silent Check, Lift Check), Gate Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Ball Valves, and Globe Valves.
In assembly, we implement precision-focused workflows: components (bodies, discs, seats, stems) are aligned with tight tolerances, with tailored sealing treatments for each type—such as PTFE gasket fitting for butterfly valves and metal-to-metal seating for ball valves. We use torque-controlled fastening for actuators and guided alignment for globe valve plugs, ensuring structural integrity across diverse designs.

Testing

Hydro Pressure Testing / Ultrasonic Testing / Paint Thickness Testing
Pressure testing adheres to API and ISO standards, combining hydrostatic (water-based) and pneumatic (air-based) tests. Each valve is subjected to 1.5x its rated working pressure and held for 30–60 minutes to verify leak tightness and pressure resistance. Special checks include validating check valves’ non-return functionality and triple eccentric butterfly valves’ zero-leak performance.
This process delivers consistent, reliable valves for industrial applications, with the flexibility to handle both standard and custom configurations while ensuring long-term durability and operational safety.
