Strong Production Organization and Resource Integration Capabilities

Our company has demonstrated strong production organization and resource integration capabilities in the production of assembly switch machines. 
This product is used for track switching in railway turnout systems in the United States and is composed of 24 components, with the heaviest weighing 28KG and the lightest 0.01KG, all requiring interchangeability.
Although not a high-tech product, the customer's drawings have strict requirements for square holes and other features. The production involves multiple processes, including casting (gray iron, ductile iron, and precision casting), Forging, etc., with different surface treatment requirements for each component, making the process cumbersome, costly, and multi-step.
Through trials of processes such as wire cutting, our company has found an efficient and low-cost processing solution for square holes. By coordinating the orderly cooperation of 11 suppliers, integrating resources for strong collaboration, and applying welding robots, we have improved welding efficiency and quality. 
Currently, we deliver an average of 144 sets per month with no delivery delays and no quality issues.
