Rubber Molding & Lining

Rubber Molding & Lining encompasses precision processes for manufacturing rubber components and protective linings, leveraging materials like EPDM, NBR, and CR to meet diverse industrial demands.
In molding, compounded rubber is placed into custom molds and cured under heat and pressure (via vulcanizing presses) to produce parts with tight dimensional accuracy, complex shapes, and consistent mechanical performance. For lining, rubber layers are bonded to substrates (e.g., metal, plastic) through vulcanization or adhesive systems, forming a robust barrier against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical aggression.
· EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) excels in weather, heat, and ozone resistance, making it ideal for outdoor seals, water/air system linings, and HVAC components.
·
NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) offers superior oil and solvent resistance, suiting hydraulic/fuel system seals and linings in aggressive fluid environments.
·
CR (Chloroprene Rubber) provides excellent chemical resistance, flame retardancy, and aging resistance, suitable for chemical equipment linings, gaskets, and protective coatings in harsh conditions.
Our capabilities cover small to large-scale production, from intricate molded seals to heavy-duty tank linings. Advanced equipment ensures precise material distribution, uniform thickness, and strong adhesion, delivering reliable solutions for automotive, chemical, water treatment, and other industries.
